With over 20 years of combined instruction experience, our guides will set you up for success from the very beginning.This course is the perfect introduction to stand-up paddleboarding. You’ll learn the essentials, from water safety and getting comfortable on your board to fundamental skills like maneuvering and turning with ease.Set against the stunning backdrop of cascade mountain-Johnson Lake in Banff National Park is the ideal location to progress your skills and you couldn’t ask for a better place to learn. With its turquoise waters, towering mountain views, and abundant wildlife, it’s one of the most scenic and inspiring locations in the world to start your SUP journey!

Group SUP sessions all summer
From bachelor parties to summer youth camps to a friends day on the water, we have hosted them all! We can get your group on the water for as little as $45 per board, this includes all the paddle gear and safety equipment you need. Such a great way to spend the day in the mountains with your team!
